1. Scope and Rentalnesia's role
Rentalnesia provides technology connecting renters with independent vendors. Unless expressly stated, Rentalnesia does not own, manufacture, or rent vendor inventory.
The rental contract is between renter and vendor. Rentalnesia facilitates discovery, booking, payment, communication, and dispute support through available features.
2. Eligibility and account security
Users must have legal capacity, provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.
- Do not use a false identity or another person's identity.
- Email verification and KYC may be required before transactions or restricted features.
- Account activity is attributed to the account holder until a verifiable report is received.
3. Acceptable use
Users must comply with Indonesian law, third-party rights, product terms, and safety and handover instructions.
- Fraud, review manipulation, fee circumvention, and system interference are prohibited.
- Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe-without-permit, or infringing goods are prohibited.
- Personal data of other users must not be harvested, sold, or misused.
4. Fees and payment
Rental price, deposit, service fee, payment-gateway fee, and other components are disclosed before confirmation. The checkout summary applies to that transaction.
Payments are processed by the displayed provider and relevant provider terms also apply.
5. Content and intellectual property
Rentalnesia's marks, software, designs, and materials remain owned by Rentalnesia or its licensors. Users grant the limited rights needed to display uploaded content and provide the service.
Users warrant that they may lawfully upload all photos, descriptions, reviews, and documents.
6. Restriction and termination
Rentalnesia may restrict features, hold risky processes, remove listings, or suspend accounts for suspected violations, security risks, legal duties, disputes, or unpaid amounts. Where practicable, reasons and a response opportunity will be provided.
7. Responsibility and liability
Rentalnesia works to keep the service secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or risk-free vendors and goods. Liability limits apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
Users remain responsible for losses caused by breached duties, misuse, or inaccurate information.
8. Changes, law, and disputes
Material changes will be notified through the platform or registered contact. A new version may require renewed acceptance.
These terms are governed by Indonesian law. The parties should first use good-faith discussion and Rentalnesia's dispute process before the verified agreed forum.
